After stopping him for a cracked windshield, 10 New York City Police officers beat the bejeezus out of a cab driver and kept beating him after he was handcuffed and facedown on the street, James Afram claims in Brooklyn Federal Court. Afram says the beating came at around 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve 2007.
