Twice in the early morning hours, Toledo police Sgt. Daniel Brandon threatened to arrest a convenience store worker on bogus charges unless she had sex with him, she claims in Lucas County Court. She claims Brandon told her, "I will take your punk [expletive] to jail and while you're sitting in the county [jail], you'll be thinking, [expletive], it was only five minutes."
