(CN) - Marysville Borough police Officer Robert Pavlovich Jr. indecently assaulted a girl, and 14 other girls, after Police Chief Jacob Stoss Jr. hired him, though Pavlovich had been fired from two other Pennsylvania police departments for similar incidents, one of his alleged victims claims in Federal Court.
