Circuit Tosses Parents’ Claim Over Deaf Son’s Dog

NEW YORK (CN) - The 2nd Circuit has dismissed a couple's challenge to a school district's refusal to let their hearing-impaired son bring his seeing-eye dog to school on the grounds that it would be disruptive. The court said it lacked jurisdiction because the parents failed toexhaust theadministrative review process. See ruling.
