PHILADELPHIA (CN) - The 3rd Circuit revived a lawsuit against the supervisor of an Allegheny County 911 dispatcher who shot and killed his ex-girlfriend and her beau, the plaintiff's son. The dispatcher used his position to locate the victim and his girlfriend. The court reversed dismissal of the suit, saying the lower court should have given the plaintiff leave to amend her claim.
