ABC reporter Matthew Cole, who is writing a book on the 2003 rendition from Italy of Usama Mustafa Hassan Nasr, demands information from the CIA, the Pentagon, the State Department, the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Air Force on the rendition, which resulted in Italian criminal proceedings against 26 U.S. officials, in a FOIA complaint in DC Federal Court.
