CIA leaker  

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit upheld the denial of bail for a former CIA software engineer who leaked information to WikiLeaks, agreeing that his detention since 2017 after a mistrial and on new child pornography charges is not unconstitutionally excessive due to the complexity of his case.
