Judicial Watch demands CIA documents on "enhanced interrogations," in DC Federal Court.
The CIA, the Pentagon, DHS, the National Security Agency and other agencies must produce records under Executive Orders 12863 and 13462, which require them to report "intelligence activities that they have reason to believe may be unlawful or contrary to executive order or presidential directive," the Electronic Frontier Foundation claims in Oakland, Calif., Federal Court.
