Church Shooting

Family members of the victims of the 2015 Charleston church shooting sufficiently alleged that the government was negligent in allowing shooter Dylann Roof to purchase the weapon he used during the shooting, a federal court in South Carolina ruled, denying the government’s motion to dismiss.
