A federal court in California enjoined the state from enforcing a 100-person capacity on indoor church services under Tier 2 of the state’s pandemic-related “Blueprint for a Safer Economic,” and also blocked the state from imposing a 200-person capacity limit on indoor services under Tier 3 of the framework.
