SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld the dismissal of claims against Airbus brought by the estate of General Charles E. Yeager and the entity that owns the trademark on his name. The appeals court agreed with the lower court that the suit should be dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction.
