Christian Publishers Plagiarized, Author Says

HUNTSVILLE, ALA. (CN) - The Moody Bible Institute of Chicago and The Christian Working Woman published and sell a book that plagiarizes Kenneth Price's 1984 book, "The Eagle Christian," Price claims in Federal Court. Price claims the defendants were informed that Mary Whelchel's 2001 book, "Soaring On High," violated his copyright, but they keep selling it anyway.
