Christian Games Penalty

The Ninth Circuit upheld a federal court's order that a Christian video game publisher disgorge $3.2 million and pay a $150,000 fine, finding the amount was not an unreasonable estimation of the profits the publisher received from kickbacks on unregistered shares it sold.
