Here are the defendants in the helicopter crash lawsuit: Orbic Air LLC; Van Nuys Copters LLC; Eyeworks USA LLC; Bongo Inc; Discovery Communications LLC; Discovery Talent Services LLC; The Estate of David Gene Gibbs; and Crossbow Inc.
Survivors of the late cameraman Darren Rydstrom sued these defendants in May in the same court: Van Nuys Copters, LLC; Orbic Air, LLC; David Child; Cherif Amin; Crossbow Helicopters, Inc.; Estate of David G. Gibbs; Bongo LLC; Bongo, Inc.; JD Roth; and Todd Nelson.
