Chiropractor ads in Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A federal court in Arkansas partially granted 13 chiropractors’ request for a preliminary injunction that would bar the state from enforcing a rule restricting them from soliciting customers within 14 days of a car crash or from ever contacting the victim of any other “accident, disaster, or other injury-causing event.” The court is not convinced the restriction on soliciting car accident victims within two weeks of their injuries is likely unconstitutional, but the state may not permanently bar them from soliciting victims of any other injury.
