Chipotle Data Breach

A federal court in Colorado granted final approval of a settlement in a data breach class action against Chipotle. Most class members will receive reimbursement of up to $250 but members who incurred “extraordinary expenses” will receive up to $10,000. All members will “benefit from changes” to Chipotle’s data security practices.
