Chipotle consent decree

MONTGOMERY, Ala. — A federal court in Alabama approved a final consent decree between the EEOC and Chipotle, which allegedly subjected an employee to sexual harassment and a hostile work environment at two of its locations. The employee will be paid $50,000 and the case is dismissed, but the court retains jurisdiction over the matter to ensure compliance and enforcement of a workplace free of discrimination.
