Chinese Woman’s Past Affects Asylum Ruling

ATLANTA (CN) - A Chinese woman experienced some bad karma when the 11th Circuit denied her petition for asylum based on China's forced-abortion family planning policy because she hadguardedconfined women scheduled forforced abortions.
