Children’s Place

OAKLAND, Calif. - The Children's Place Retail Stores can offer $10 gift certificates or 35 percent discounts to settle a class action over personal information shoppers were allegedly required to give when making purchases, a federal judge ruled.

The settlement includes $355,000 for class counsel at Hoffman, Libenson, Saunders & Barba; Patterson Law Group APC; Ridout & Lyon LLP; Qualls & Workman LLP; Stonebarger Law APC; and the Law Office of Sunil A. Brahmbhatt PLC.
