Child Support, My Foot, Mom Says

SAN ANTONIO (CN) - A divorced mom claims that Supportkids Inc. aka CSE Child Support Enforcement Co., of Austin, charged her 34% of every child support payment she got, but did not turn over all the money owed her, and did not collect any of it from her ex, but got it all from the Texas Attorney General's Office. She demands damages for fraud, conversion and breach of contract. See complaint.
