Child Support Info to be|Withheld From Collectors

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Health and Human Services Department plans to withhold federal child support enforcement database information from collection agencies, according to a proposed rule.

The department also plans to give certain child support information to child welfare programs and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (formerly the "Food Stamp Program").
