SAN DIEGO (CN) - A 24-year-old San Diegan was sentenced to 40 years in federal prison for making child pornography featuring little girls in a day care center run by his girlfriend's family.
William Howard Michael pleaded guilty in September 2014 to three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He admitted videotaping the girls, who were 3, 5 and 7.
"In the videos, Michael's voice can be heard or one of his hands is seen removing a child's clothing and posing her," the U.S. attorney said in a statement after the sentencing Friday.
If he gets out of prison, he will be under supervision for the rest of his life.
