CHICAGO — In a dispute over in-person teaching during the latest Covid-19 surge, Chicago teachers will return to their classrooms Tuesday, and students could return to their classrooms as early as Wednesday, after Chicago Teachers Union delegates approved a deal and voted to suspend the union’s remote work action while rank-and-file members vote on the proposed agreement with the city.
