Chicago Cops Just Can’t Stop, Woman Says

CHICAGO (CN) - In the latest federal civil rights claim against City of Chicago cops, Jacqueline Castillo says she came home to find that Lt. Conroy and other unknown officers had entered her apartment for no apparent reason and shot to death her two dogs, firing 16 bullets and smearing blood over several rooms. She is represented by Jeffrey Granich.
