CHICAGO (CN) - In the latest police brutality complaint against the City of Chicago - one with overtones of perverse sexual torture - a 25-year old college student says three cops beat him into unconsciousness for no reason after he got off a public bus. At the police station, he says, the three cops pulled his pants down and one Tasered him in the groin while the others stood on his legs, then they stomped on his wrist and broke it, Tasered him again, in the rectum, then Tasered him two more times.
The plaintiff is represented by Richard Zachary.
