CHICAGO - A motorist claims Chicago cops beat and Tasered him without cause, pulled his pants down and Tasered him in the butt while he was handcuffed on the ground, then stomped in the Taser barb, necessitating surgical removal, and filed false criminal charges against him, of which he was acquitted.
