CHICAGO (CN) - Howard Brookins Jr., alderman of Chicago's 21st Ward and a candidate for Cook County state's attorney, claims Cook County Democratic Women Chairwoman Rikki Jones defamed him in a radio commercial last week that accused him of refusing to pay child support. Brookins, a Democrat, demands $5 million.
