Chevron Cheats Workers, Class Action Claims

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - Chevron stiffs its gas station employees for overtime, forces them to work off the clock and does not let them take rest or meal breaks, a class action lawsuit claims in Federal Court. Lead plaintiff Catherine Tremblay also says Chevron does not pay departing employees wages due within 72 hours, but forces them to wait for weeks and then shortchanges them. See complaint.
