Chemical Exposure

In several suits against Pacific Gas & Electric stemming from plaintiffs' alleged exposure to elevated levels of arsenic and uranium, the Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling against the plaintiffs, finding they failed to submit expert testimony on whether such levels of the chemicals could have caused their injuries.
