Cheating Immigrants

Despite two previous enforcement actions, Cesare Alessandrini falsely claimed affiliation with the U.S. government to bilk immigrants online, the FTC claims in a federal complaint, through his companies Forms Direct, Immigration Direct, American Immigration Center, File Right, United Immigration Inc., and US Immigration Technology.
