Chatty Drivers Sue Chicago In Class Action

CHICAGO (CN) - The City of Chicago has issued more than 25,000 citations for using cell phones while driving, imposing $2 million in fines, and did it without adequately informing drivers of the new law, a class-action complaint claims in Federal Court.
