OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma sued the Dove Public Charter School Foundation, its superintendent and others in Oklahoma County Court, claiming they illegally obtained and distributed information from the State Student Information System about students who never enrolled in Dove Charter Schools and in whom the defendants had no “legitimate educational interest.”
