Oklahoma sued the Dove Public Charter School Foundation, its superintendent and others in Oklahoma County Court, claiming they<a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Charter-Schools.pdf"> <strong>illegally obtained and distributed information</strong></a> from the State Student Information System about students who never enrolled in Dove Charter Schools and in whom the defendants had no “legitimate educational interest.”
