Charter airline kickbacks

DALLAS — A federal court in Texas refused to dismiss a pilot’s claims that the Ameriflight training program, which requires pilots to reimburse the cargo airline up to $30,000 for training if the pilot resigns or is fired for cause within a certain timeframe, constitutes an illegal kickback and unenforceable penalty.
