Charges Fly at UC San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - The former Dean of the School of Medicine at UC San Francisco says he was fired for pointing out "false and misleading financial records prepared by University of California officials." Former Dean David Kessler sued UCSF Chancellor J. Michael Bishop, former UCSF President Robert Dynes, and UCSF President Mark Yudof in a pro se claim of retaliation and conspiracy, in Federal Court.
