Changeless Cabbie Breaks Fare’s Legs

HOUSTON (CN) - A Yellow Cab passenger claims the cabbie told him he had no change for a $20 bill on a $6 fare, and demanded $14 as a "tip." So, the passenger says, he "urinated on the back right corner of the cab," and the cabbie drove over him twice, breaking both legs.

Shawn Paul Neckelmann demands damages from the Yellow Cab Co. of Austin and the cabbie, Victor Madguba, in Harris County Court.
