Chamber Sues CFTC

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Chamber of Commerce challenged a U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission rule that requires advisers to mutual funds and other investment companies to register with the CFTC if the company engages in nonhedging commodity trading exceeding certain thresholds, or markets a product as a vehicle for trading in commodity markets, in Federal Court.
