Challenge to Guam detonations may proceed

HAGATNA, Guam — The federal court in Guam reconsidered its prior decision in a nonprofit’s lawsuit against the U.S. Air Force and lifted a stay so the group may pursue its claims challenging the military’s practice of setting off waste munitions on a culturally significant Guam beach.
