CEO Claims Prison Officer Abused Him

LOS ANGELES (CN) - The former CEO of Manhattan Bagel says that while he was serving time for securities fraud at Terminal Island federal prison, his case officer, Warren Doucet, forced him to do work on Doucet's Ph.D.; to take an online test for Doucet so he could renew his real estate license; and to do a prenuptial agreement and other legal work for Doucet. Plaintiff Allen Boren claims Doucet and the U.S. Bureau of Prisons denied him transfer to a work camp, from which he could have been furloughed, so Doucet could continue putting him to forced labor. See federal complaint.
