MONROE, La. — The Louisiana federal judge who blocked President Joe Biden’s mask mandate in 24 states’ Head start preschools allowed a lawsuit brought by Missouri and Louisiana to proceed against the federal government for allegedly encouraging social media platforms to engage in viewpoint discrimination at threat of revoking their immunity from liability for the censorship of certain perspectives.
