Celebrity’s Mobile Game

A mobile game developer hired by comedian Kevin Hart to develop a game known as “Gold Ambush” cannot advance several fraud claims relating to the failure of the game’s launch after Hart’s publicized marital scandal, a federal court in Virginia ruled.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – A mobile game developer hired by comedian Kevin Hart to develop a game known as “Gold Ambush” cannot advance several fraud claims relating to the failure of the game’s launch after Hart’s publicized marital scandal, a federal court in Virginia ruled.

Hart’s counterclaim seeking an accounting of the investments the company claimed to have made in the development of the game will advance to trial without jury.
