ALEXANDRIA, Va. – A mobile game developer hired by comedian Kevin Hart to develop a game known as “Gold Ambush” cannot advance several fraud claims relating to the failure of the game’s launch after Hart’s publicized marital scandal, a federal court in Virginia ruled .
Hart’s counterclaim seeking an accounting of the investments the company claimed to have made in the development of the game will advance to trial without jury.
