Armand Assante claims his financial advisers, Nugent & Hausseler, colluded with subprime lender Eastern Savings Bank and others to "steal" his property and take "illicit funds" in a lousy refinancing deal, on which he's paid $750,000, only $25,000 of it applied to principal, in White Plains, N.Y. Federal Court.

Here are the defendants in Assante's RICO complaint: Eastern Savings Bank, Nugent & Hausseler PC, Timothy Flanagan, Superior Mortgage Inc., John Ferrara, and Pepper Sheeley.
