Catholic discrimination?

PORTLAND, Maine — A federal court in Maine denied a Catholic diocese, school and family’s efforts to win an injunction against the state’s education department and officials who enforce its antidiscrimination laws, which the Catholics say violate their rights. The employment-related antidiscrimination laws already include protections for the rights they seek, and the education-related antidiscrimination are neutral, not speech-compelling as the family, school and diocese argue.
