LAS VEGAS — The Nevada Supreme Court ruled for Steve Wynn in a dispute with the Nevada Gaming Commission over $20 million in fines leveled against Wynn Resorts for sexual misconduct allegations involving Wynn and other employees. The Commission’s order seeking Wynn’s testimony in the administrative case was not final, and therefore the district court lacked jurisdiction to entertain an appeal.
