Casino app dispute

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit vacated a California federal court’s 2022 order granting permission for an interlocutory appeal in this matter where Apple, Google and Meta were sued in three class actions over “social casino” applications. The appellate panel lacks jurisdiction until the district court has ruled on the claims at hand, not just threshold issues.
