Caregivers for Elderly Sue California

OAKLAND, Calif. (CN) - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's order to reduce wages for in-home supportive services by $2 an hour on July will cause irreparable harm to tens of thousands of Californians who already are underpaid, and to the old people who depend upon them, the SEIU and others claim in Federal Court.
