Car Salesman Claims Honda |Fired Him For Being Too Honest

GEORGETOWN, TEXAS (CN) – An employee at a Honda dealership was fired for being too honest, Emery Walker claims in Williamson County Court.

Walker says he told a customer that Hill Country Imports Ltd. dba Round Rock Honda paid for the “free” rental cars advertised by padding labor charges. A district service manager overheard Walker’s conversation and reported it, and Walker was fired, the complaint states.
The plaintiff seeks lost wages, and exemplary and punitive damages. He is represented by Walker, Bright & Lewis P.C. of Austin. See complaint.
