Capitol riot

WASHINGTON — Robert Gieswein, who has been indicted for six felony offenses relating to his actions during the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, has not shown that any “combination of conditions of release” would assure the safety of others, a federal appeals court ruled.
