Capacitor Price-Fixing

KEMET Corporation and Shizuki Electric Co., both manufacturers of capacitors for electric power, agreed to settle with direct purchaser plaintiffs in an antitrust dispute relating to price-fixing allegations. KEMET will pay $62 million and Shizuki will pay $1 million.
