Cancer survivor sues filmmakers

SAN DIEGO — A teenage cancer survivor and nonprofit are suing the production company behind the movie "Miracle at Manchester," accusing the producers of exploiting the survivor's name, likeness, story and intellectual property by basing the movie on his life. The survivor and nonprofit claim the production team misused their nonprofit identify to secure funding for the movie and promote their own ventures.
